Team Check In & Credentials

• February 4, 2027 – 5:00pm EST: Online Check-In closes

A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.

Club Director Sign-In Form
All clubs must provide a copy of the Club Director Sign-In Form at Club Check In OR e-mail to tim@gk-sports.com prior to picking up the bag tags and wristbands for coaches.

Player Participant Release of Liability Form
Athletes must all complete the athlete release of liability form and the club will need to be in possession of these forms. THESE FORMS ARE NOT TO BE TURNED INTO THE EVENT. The club director sign-in form states that the club is in possession of these forms.

Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Thursday, February 4: Westin Downtown Pittsburgh (Butler Room) – 5:00p – 8:30p
Friday, February 5: David L. Lawrence Convention Center – 6:30a – 2:30p

Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.

Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given an “3-Day Wristband” that must be worn on the wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
