Team Check In & Credentials

All teams need to check-in online through Advanced Event Systems prior to credential pick-up. Online check-in will allow us to have your club credentials prepared accurately for a smooth pick-up.

• January 31, 2025 – 9:00am EST: Online Check-In opens
• February 5, 2025 – 3:00pm EST: Online Check-In closes

A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.

Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Thursday, February 6: Westin Downtown Pittsburgh (Butler Room) – 5:00p – 8:00p
Friday, February 7: Westin Downtown Pittsburgh (Butler Room) – 5:00p – 8:00p
Saturday, February 9: David L. Lawrence Convention Center – 6:30a – 2:30p

Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.

Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given an “All-Tournament Wristband” that must be worn on the wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
