Team Check In & Credentials

• January 11, 2027 – 9:00am EST: Online Check-In opens
• January 29, 2027 – 3:00pm EST: Online Check-In closes

A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.

The 2027 Nike Steel City Freeze is independently insured! ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS are accepted regardless of affiliation.

All athletes a required to fill this out and club must be in possession throughout the event.

Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Friday, January 29: Westin Downtown Pittsburgh (Butler Room) – 5:00p – 8:00p
Saturday, January 30: David L. Lawrence Convention Center – 6:30a – 2:30p

Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.

Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given an “2-Day Pass Wristband” that must be worn on the wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
