Team Check In & Credentials

All teams need to check-in online through Advanced Event Systems prior to credential pick-up. Online check-in will allow us to have your club credentials prepared accurately for a smooth pick-up.

• January 12, 2026 – 9:00am EST: Online Check-In opens
• January 30, 2026 – 3:00pm EST: Online Check-In closes

A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.

The 2026 Nike Steel City Freeze is proud to announce we are independently insured! ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS are accepted regardless of affiliation.

All athletes a required to fill this out and club must be in possession throughout the event.

Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Friday, January 30: Westin Downtown Pittsburgh (Butler Room) – 5:00p – 8:00p
Saturday, January 31: David L. Lawrence Convention Center – 6:30a – 2:30p

Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.

Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given an “All-Tournament Wristband” that must be worn on the wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
